Who you are:

The Davenport Group is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Agent. This role will work out of our Jasper or Woodstock office, with the opportunity to work from home over time. A successful Inside Sales Agent with The Davenport Group would be passionate about achievement and draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person has a passion for relationship-building, and is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. The Inside Sales Agent takes ownership of team leads with a sense of urgency, and records their productivity metrics for weekly accountability meetings. This role requires a mental toughness, drive, and tenacity to succeed at a high level! The Inside Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the team’s bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to The Davenport Group’s success, as well as growing their own skills to develop into a leader within the organization.

Requirements & Responsibilities

This role requires a valid Georgia real estate license OR Georgia real estate licensure within the first 60 days.

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases
  • Set up home searches through our website
  • Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set
