The Davenport Group is hiring a full-time Real Estate Agent. This role will work out of our Jasper or Woodstock office, with the opportunity to work from home over time. A successful Agent with The Davenport Group would be passionate about achievement and draw energy from working with people. This enthusiastic, self-starting person has a passion for relationship-building, and is responsible for converting leads into appointments through personalized follow-up. The Inside Sales Agent takes ownership of team leads with a sense of urgency, and records their productivity metrics for weekly accountability meetings. This role requires a mental toughness, drive, and tenacity to succeed at a high level! The Inside Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the team’s bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to The Davenport Group’s success, as well as growing their own skills to develop into a leader within the organization.

Requirements & Responsibilities

This role requires a valid Georgia real estate license OR Georgia real estate licensure within the first 60 days.

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases
  • Set up home searches through our website
  • Conduct lead follow-up until appointments are set

We're Hiring: Buyer Agents for both North GA (Pickens, Gilmer, Fannin, Union counties) and Metro Atlanta (Fulton, Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth)

 

Job Description:

The Davenport Group of Keller Williams is a high-performing real estate team serving clients in North Georgia and Metro Atlanta. We are seeking a Buyer Agent to join our team who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding clients’ expectations. The ideal candidate should be a high-energy, organized, and successful individual who has a passion for the real estate industry. We helped 213 families in 2021 with only six agents and 10 support staff! We are inbound sales agent based, which means we provide qualified appointments instead of leads to save you time and allow you to make more money!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their buying needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties that meet clients’ needs.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings with clients.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including features, benefits, and potential issues.
  • Negotiate purchase contracts on behalf of clients.
  • Manage the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the buying process.
  • Build relationships with clients and develop a strong network of referral business.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a real estate agent, with a focus on buyer representation.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High level of energy and motivation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Committed to helping at least 24 families on an annual basis.
  • Comfortable at going on 3 to 5 appointments per week provided by the team.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a real estate agent, with a focus on buyer representation.
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
